Thought elevation and your plastic, elastic, mind. Mine too. Post 4.? Part 4?

If you, Think good, Do good, you'll create/Have good stuff, in your life.

 

Well then, apparently, there’s a state of mind called the Theta State?

 

Apparently it’s: “At the Alpha-Theta border (from 7Hz to 8Hz), where the optimal range for visualization, programming and using the creative power of your mind begins". It's the mental state which you can consciously create your reality”.

 

Now I luurvv the ‘consciously create your reality’ bit.

 

Don’t you just love the word CONSCIOUS?

 

Hope so.

 

I do.

 

Conscious, I learned about, know, and understand.

 

Because, dear reader it means 'Clean Thinking'.

 

'Clean Thinking' means :

 

Knowin' what you're thinking.

 

Knowin' that you are thinking.

 

When you're in the Theta State, your mind is ready to be reshaped. (Hypnotists put people into the Theta State. It's when your mind is most accepting of suggestion and change).

 

Tibetan Monks meditate in the 'Theta State 'and ‘change their mind’ to experience more happiness.

 

I discovered and learned how to change mine.

 

And if the monks and me can 'change' our mind. D’ya think you could change yours?

 

We can all learn stuff about, thinking, thoughts, mind, consciousness from,Taoist, Shinto, and Confucian teachers. Mentors can also be found in newer philosophies, like Chondogyo and Falun Gong.

 

These and many other 'mental discipline systems' are ways of understanding and gaining insight into how we all/each operate.

 

Within each discipline there are differences.

 

Every individual takes something different from each approach.

 

Individuals discovers things significant  for  them.

 

The monks learned and knew how to use meditation to continually experience happiness. Yep? Yep!

 

So I figured, why not use the same process to experience success and other life skills?

 

Using meditation techniques, to enter the ‘ Theta State of Mind' is a proven process. It’s also considered to be the, 'most contented and calm feeling'.

 

So I spent several hours a week over a year,  experimenting and practicing and testing and refining  how to make use of my mind to get a grip on life.

 

As a result I developed a four step process, that I still use to this day, to reprogram my mind to empower me to create my own chosen version of,  success.

 

 

Look I’m not out to con people………. but I do want to, convince, convert and persuade people.

 

I do want people to learn enough about what I write about to be able to see the possibilities for their life.

 

The 'Theta State' is incredible, when there you experience, 
contentment, relaxation and calm. Your mind becomes like clay. You can re-mould, re-shape, re-programme it however you want.

 

I'm deadly serious when I write, “These steps, will, could, change your life".  Why, could?

 

Because, I can’t make ya’ do it, even if you understand it.

 

I call, Step 1,  the "Clean Slate Mind."
To get there you've got to put stress and worry out of your mind. 

 

My step 2 is, "Pump Up the Positivity Factor".
If you want to create your ideal life, you have to create a positive mental signal to you. Only you can do it 'matey'.
You do this by habitually (eventually) filling your mind with positive thoughts.

 

Step 3 for me and you is, 'Wakeful Dreaming'.
 A la my mate Declan, post 2 in this series.  Stay alert and let your mind wander wherever it wants to. Certain thoughts will keep popping up. They're, your, my,  anyone's, everyone's,  conscious clues.     

 

Step 4: Elevate to the 'Theta State'.
Now that you've made purposeful contact with and taken charge of your mind, you're ready to:

 

T + D + H with what  you now know.

 

What, y' didn't know before you read what I wrote.

 

So........know, go, sow and grow yerself and yer loif.
