Every 'thing' in your 'life' starts as, a thought. So it's, think better, do better or............... suffer.
If you can't be arsed to read these ten, (or the other forty), ‘thought facts’ then your 'few fries short of a Happy Meal' thinking will almost certainly destroy any chance of your 'better future.
Below are the first ten of, fifty 'most effective' info, rules, 'gotta knows' about, (your) thoughts, (your) thinking and(your) life.
Y' don't have to learn and use all fifty. Go through them and choose the ones that, have the most impact, make the most sense, to YOU.
Ready, steady, go nuke your................ stinkin' thinkin'.
#1. If you never improve your, thinking, you’ll never improve you.
#2. You can start to become a better thinker whenever you choose, at any time. (Starting here).
#3. Like me, keep, finding out and applying what you learn about, thinking.
#4. I guarantee that what you currently know, or understand, about thinking is almost zilch and so of no help to you.
#5. Is what I'm 'thinking of doing' likely to be of help or hindrance to me or my life?
#6. Thinking about the present, in the present, is always the best policy.
#7. Over-thinking about the past or the future is a complete waste of your thought energy.
#8. GOT A PROBLEM? Think about it, decide what to do, then deal with what happens as it happens.
#9. You can never 'think right' now about what might happen in the future and come up with all the 'right' answers now. Never, never, never.
#10. Whatever thoughts you have, now, in the present, about any future situation will, never, ever, be enough, be the right, the full, final or best, solution.
Took me five years of hard graft to figure out this, wickedly effective, thinkin' stuff.
