Hi here's to your, happier, healthier, wealthier, New Year,
Made any New Year Resolutions in the last, ten, twenty, years? Sure you have.
Has life continued to be to be a struggle? Probably. Then, it just goes to show how freekin’ ridiculous this, new year, new you, new life c--p really is.
Why has nothing changed? Because your old years of ingrained 'bad thought- habits' are already built into your 'life operating, system'.
If you think it's all going to magically change at midnight on 31st December in any year. Your WRONG.
N.Y. resolutions are thoughts that nobody ever takes serious, if any, action on.
It's really an international joke, though, innit??????
If you made a resolution on 31st December 2015. Do ya really believe that you started to become a brand spankin' new you on 1st January 2016.
Considering that 90+% of the new resolutions created on New Years day, will fail miserably, it doesn't stop people believing that this year, everything will change for the better.
All NYR stuff is more, ‘thought motivation’ than a sustained commitment, isn't it?
Anyone can thought-motivate themselves to change. But as soon as that motivation dwindles, and those years of rubbish thought habits start to niggle away at that, fickle, fabricated, resolve, back we go into the old routine.
We only really think, and do, change when life becomes so bad it makes making change comparatively easy. (When the pain and frustration has got so bad that changing become easier than staying where we are).
THINK about this. All games have rules to make sure that those involved DO things in the best way for all involved. Same applies to the game of life. Forget all that NYR stuff and THINK and DO the following rules from today on.
Yeh' there's ten of 'em.
Read them all. Choose five that seem most useful to you and THINK and DO them. Don't completely ignore the others though?
#1. The only way to cause change is to focus all conscious thought, not on fighting old thoughts, but in forming, and acting on new ones.
#2. THINK and DO, as much as you can every day about what you intend to get better at. Give a specific amount of thought and action to 'today’s'. objective. Over time change will almost certainly happen.
#3. Thought- know what you want to become, then, thought - resolve to give your whole mind over to the better you that you intend to achieve. Do this for a specific period of time every.
#4. Consciously know that your own natural powers and capabilities are sufficient to create any change.
#5. Don’t spend all you though- energy on ordinary attainments in your life. They will take care of themselves. Keep your mental eye focused on what you really want and intend to improve in your life.
#6. The more completely your conscious thought is combined with action, the more effective you will be at creating the change(s).
#7. Action, your actions, are the only way that conscious thought is turned into any tangible reality you want to have.
#8. Learn to, enter into, full conscious, application of the capabilities within you. Give them your full attention.
#9. You can only give your inbuilt talents and abilities their greatest effectiveness through, command and control of, your conscious thoughts.
#10. Never doubt your ability to turn any and every worthwhile conscious thought into a, real, new, ‘part of’ your personal world' through your actions.
Your Superior Self.
Those people who apply such rules are those who do great things in the world. They are those who 'live' in the human heart and mind over decades and centuries. Their secret is that, the ‘greatness within them’ was, appreciated, understood and applied by them . It was given full expression through the unique and superior power of thought and action, (THINKIN' and DOIN').
Applying these rules is not a, happen-overnight approach. They work slowly but surely. Why? Because, there is no such thing as instant effect in the world of personal change and evolution. You must be really patient and practice these rules each and every day to be able to manifest your higher expectations in life.
