SOME FOODS AND SOME THOUGHTS ARE BETTER THAN OTHERS. PART 2.

 Some foods and some thoughts are better than others, yes? Yes!!!!!!!

Hello and welcome back,

Try “I will..............

Just once today, or tomorrow, when you mouth and mind scream, "Eat that cream doughnut", think, “I’ll, (I will ) have a snack bar instead”, and do that. Your hunger will go away ‘cause your gut is happy now that it’s got something to digest.

I know that this works ‘cause I used this strength of mind to stop eating the kind of 'stuff with taste that goes to my waist’ several years ago.

“I will.............thoughts and actions will empower you to improve your diet. By thinking and doing “I will........................ to overcome temptation, take  control. Become, Self -Empowered  by replacing unhelpful,  health destroying ''thought habits' and actions with better ones.

 

It is possible to gain control over your ‘taste driven’ food desires.

Do you think that you can overcome your junk food cravings? You should be thinking ,“Yes”.  Then, once you've developed your , “I will ................" power (IWP)  you're ready to overcome every rubbish thought to do with rubbish food.

Develop the strength of mind (thought) to overcome moments of wrong, unhealthy and health-abusing thought triggers . Learn the  “I will.......................” thoughts  below and  act on them. You will replace the desire for junk food with healthy eating alternatives.

1. I will choose good food as part my healthy living.

2. I will stop depending on junk food as a comfort.

3. I will benefit from losing weight.

4. I will accept that change in my diet requires thought-change.

5. I will improve my thought action must follow thought-control.

6. I will eventually look and feel better.

7. I will commit to eating healthy.

8. I will  over time, develop a healthy body through learning thought power.

9. I will ....................................................................................................

These ‘good food and nutrition 'thought-habits’ and your response to them will enable you take charge of this area of your life. Each time you  think and do them you become more Self-Empowered over your diet and nutrition. If you don’t like the “I will’s.................... that I have suggested above create your own. The blanks at 9. and 10. above are to get you started.

 Once you prove that you can change your thoughts and your actions.

Once you ‘own’ the thought habit “I will............. you will change your old attitudes about food and you'll be really glad that you did. You will have thought and done by personal choice. You will  become Self-Empowered against all the crap food advertising.

OK, this two-part Post has focused on knowing about and using, Self-Empowerment in the area of food and nutrition. This formula/process can be put to work in any area of your life. Wanna' get fit, have more spending stuff, start a business, write a book?  Then go: THINK the right “I will............thoughts, DO the right actions and eventually HAVE a life you CREATE, on the basis of your improved  THINKING and DOING.
