Self -confidence is self-generated. Part 1. (Part 2 next week).
Hello and welcome,
It isn’t enough to know about self-confidence. You must think and feel self-confident all the time, or at least most of the time.
When you think something once, it’s a thought. If you think something continually, it becomes a thought-habit. These thought-habits becomes the way you act, which then creates the life you live.
A basic truth in psychology is: We all ‘feel what we think’, 'feelings follow thoughts'.
When a person lacks self-confidence it’s because they thought -tell themselves, every day, who and what they are. We are all well- practiced at using this process in a negative, limiting and undermining way. This proves that we are very good at ‘thinking ourselves’ into believing who and what we are. So, we can use this process, that we are very competent at, to turn things around for ourselves. It ain’t rocket science
Your ability to feel self-confident is directly proportional to your beliefs about yourself at the conscious/intellectual, level. This level is where you and me can THINK and DO behaviour change.
Self-confidence acquired and perfected through, information and application.
To change your behaviour you have to change the thoughts behind the behaviour. So the most important factor in building self-confidence is to gain control over your conscious thoughts. When you do this you consciously lower your level of anxiety and uncertainty and are able to think and feel confident minute by minute, hour by hour, day by day, week by week and so on, until it becomes a THINK - DO habit that enables you to HAVE the life experiences you most desire.
The information I give in my posts is designed to teach you how to apply the habits, attitudes, skills and strategies of highly self-confidence people.
Once your conscious/ logical mind is guided, satisfied convinced, trained, taught to “model” these skills and strategies, it will empower you to effect changes at the common-sense, understandable and controllable conscious-thinking level.

Once you develop habitual, unwavering, self-confidence, your whole world will change. You will have developed the self -creative power to control your approach to life in any situation. When you program your conscious mind with an unshakable belief in yourself, nothing will be impossible. You will take immediate, repeated, action and never give up until you THINK. DO. (CREATE) and HAVE based on a process that you, me, anybody can understand and control.
THINK. DO HAVE. Or, more precisely, THINK. BE. DO. HAVE.
