Here’s how I think of C H A N G E.
Constantly Having Adventurous New Growth Experiences
Some change takes place naturally in every persons’ life but usually only in small unimportant and not very life - changing ways.
Changing the route you take to work, the time you take some exercise, what TV channel you watch, what you do at the weekend etc will not bring about any major changes in your life.
For some people even changing their TV viewing is thought of as 'major change' and is avoided. Just even thinking of doing something new gives many people a minor anxiety attack.
The words in the image at the start of this post are the fundamental and foundational 'thought-food 'for living a life that embraces positive, beneficial change.”

You, me, no person, wants negative change in their life. That seems to happen all on its’ own sometimes. What you think about you bring about!
Thoughts are the foundation of all our aspirations and actions. Thinking, non- creative, unhelpful, life-destroying thoughts can become a thought -habit. Such thoughts bring us down, destroy our zest for life and keep us from ever trying anything new. This is not life –evolution. It takes no more effort to THINK and DO helpful, beneficial and life-enhancing thinking than to think and do the opposite.
The foundations of every building is important to the future stability and long-term operation of that building. We develop our personal foundation through our thought and what we do. If you THINK and DO 'thoughts that are, negative, self-destroying, anxiety- causing and unhelpful they create the foundation of your life. To think and do the opposite requires a new ‘thinking foundation’ and the words in the graphic at the beginning of this post are ones that will provide your 'food for thought' that is positive and constructive.
Copy and paste the diagram at the top of this Post, carry it with you, put a copy on your desk at work, place it in areas of your house so that you will see it every day. Very soon you will cancel out those negative thought habits with positive more beneficial and life - evolving ones. These words will definitely provide the thinking and doing foundation that will evolve your life.
Don't take your thinking for granted, take control of what you think.
The mind can be improved and sharpened. The thinking mind can be controlled to banish negative and non-beneficial thoughts. Whatever problems you face in life we can handle them much better if we are a skilled thinker. Everything you do in life is controlled by your thinking, good or bad! A person has to think wrong in order to act wrong, and vice versa.
The most basic skill is to fill your ‘thought larder’ (your mind) with the kind of words given in the graphic at the head of this post. I advise you to learn, THINK and DO, these words every day if you are to create and have the life progression that you want. I have.!
