WHAT DID ALBERT MEAN BY, 'THINGS' AND 'LIVES', OF ALL KINDS? READ THE POST.
"The proliferation of ‘things’ of all kinds and 'lives' of all kinds presents one unbroken chain of evidence in support of the fact that man is the maker of his own destiny; and his thoughts and acts are the tools with which he does the making”. Albert Einstein.
Hello and welcome,
The quote above is what 'got me started on' my research into ‘thought’, ‘thinking’, ‘doing’ and ‘having,’ several years ago. If Albert Einstein thought it, who am I to argue!
‘Things’ of all kinds?
These are anything from, an aeroplane, a washing machine, a television and any other of the millions of ‘things’ that have originated in the thoughts of some person or another. In the case of the 'things' I mentioned in the last sentence, the Wright Brothers, thought of and did something, about making an aeroplane. Yes? A certain Mr. John Logie Baird had 'thoughts' about a 'thing ' which he acted on and eventually created the first T.V. What might we all be doing if he had decided to DO nothing with his thought?
I have book in my library entitled “The Origin of Everyday Things”. It was compiled by the Reader’s Digest. The index at the back lists, 1,980 everyday 'things'. From Academy Awards in, ‘A’ to I.B.M under ‘I’ and finally Xerox in the X.Y. Z. section.
Here are just a few ‘things’ from the list. Ambulances. Antiseptics. Barometers. Bingo. Calculators. Cat Flaps. Dacron. Dodgems. Escalators. Eye Tests. Lasers. Lawn Mowers. Newspapers. Nuts and Bolts. Safety Pins. Spades. Wheelbarrows. Writing. Y-Fronts. Yo-Yo’s. Yachts. Zips. Zoos.
Many thousands of people throughout history had a certain thought, about a particular 'thing', and then did something to make the thought real. This is how every ‘thing’ in the man-made world came to be, was created.
That’s what Albert meant by ‘things' of all kinds, in his quote.
Got the message?
‘Lives’ of all kinds?
I’m not rich, you may not be either, but thousands of people are. Some people are nurses. Some are Airline Pilots. Some people have a brilliant education, some have very little. Abraham Lincoln for example! Some people live in poverty all their lives. Some people choose to live in a city, others prefer the country. Each life example given ‘came about’, for the people concerned, on the basis of what they thought and then did. They each thought then acted and so created the ‘lives’ they each experience.
I think this is a fair conclusion to reach when thinking about what Albert meant by, ‘lives’ of all kinds. Does it make sense to you?
What kind of life do you have? What kind of life do you want?
If you are born poor you don’t have to stay poor. If you are a Postman but you would like to be a teacher then you posses the tools to become one. I did it!
You can THINK, you can DO ,so you can HAVE any kind of life you want to create. Don't HAVE the kind of life you want yet? Pity that. But, you can THINK, and DO in new and better ways and CREATE/HAVE that better life. Of course you will never HAVE anything other than the life you HAVE now if you don't
I really hope that you have 'got the message'. It's: THINK. DO. HAVE.
THINK. DO. HAVE. is the one proven process that anyone can use to, get from wherever they are in life, to somewhere better. This process also ensures that in the future some people will THINK and DO and, as a result, the world will HAVE millions of new ‘things'.
It all comes down to this formula/process: THINK. DO. HAVE.
THINK (mental), DO (physical). HAVE (real, actual) Without the (physical) there is no HAVE.
Go learn how to, THINK. DO. HAVE. to CREATE any 'thing' or 'life' you want. Albert, me and my Posts, are on your side!
Beneficially yours, always,
Thought Master and Mentor.
P.S. Got the message? Us human beings have two abilities that no other creature on Earth has:
1. The ability to THINK.
2. To be able to DO what we want.
By using these two abilities we can HAVE anything we desire.
