Hello and welcome,
The information in this Post is from notes I wrote down from hundreds of books I read over the last four years. This was during my studies into the world of, mind, thinking and thoughts. Each item listed below is my paraphrased and shortened version. They are just a few of the ‘truths about thought’ I found. I can't remember where they all came from. Many thanks and sorry if you were the original author.
Having read these and many other pieces of evidence from a wide range of authors and independent minds I have no doubt that there is conclusive evidence, that the power of the ‘Law of Thought’ is too important to ignore.
Choose your favourite(s), think and ‘live’ them every day.
Read the following items and see if they change your thoughts about your thoughts. Unless you are really closed-minded you should develop a new understanding of what most of us take for granted and rarely learn how to use effectively. It's our, thoughts, thinking, mental manipulation, 'mind' stuff.
#1. Thought is the greatest force on earth. Thought is the most powerful weapon in the armour of every person on this planet. Constructive thought transforms, renews and builds.
#2. Thought is the most, controllable, living, dynamic, power existing in the universe. The problem is that few people know how to harness, control and use it effectively.
#3. Through the control and application of thoughts you acquire creative power..
#4. First is thought. Then there is the expression of that thought through speech or actions.
#5. Thought and language are intimately connected. Feelings of anger, dissatisfaction, unhappiness and malice all injure ourselves and others. They begin in the mind, in thoughts. They are created by thinking.
6#. Every action has a thought leading up to it; every action has a future which was caused by the thought. Every action creates an effect.
#7. The body follows the mind. If the mind thinks of jumping off a diving board, the body prepares itself immediately and shows external signs of preparation to carry out the action.
#8. Thoughts of worry and fear are undermining forces within us. They poison our life and destroy it.
#9. Do not think: “I am useless.” To think “I am useless” is a bad thought. Do not entertain this thought. Think “I am capable.” As you think, so you become. This is a great psychological law.
#10. Everyone should have a good understanding of the Law of Thought, the actions that follow thoughts and the effects that these actions create. Only then will a person live their life calm, happy and making progress. Learn to use the law to serve your ends in the best possible manner.
#11 Understanding the ‘Law of Thought’ can mould or shape a person’s character in any way they choose. This is the nature of the ‘Law of Thought’. You can build a good or bad character or life through good or bad thinking and acting. (They must work together to have any effect).
#12.Only through ‘good thinking’, by being aware of the content of their thoughts, can people develop a good life. They always try to speak the truth, check what they think and say, and use words carefully. This creates a favourable and a deeply profound impression on the minds of the people they spend time with.
#13. A person, male or female, creates their own character and circumstances, by the manner of their thinking.
#14. Thoughts are forces that, shape character, change destiny, and make of any persons’ life an all-round success or a failure.
#15. The human mind is the source of supernormal powers and factors. All people should be enabled to understand, and apply their unique powers.
Have you 'got' the message?
I did, many years ago and, since then, my life has grown, evolved and improved as a result of living by, the, ‘Law Of Thought’. I know it! I use it! I believe it! It works for me.
You can only 'think about' and 'do' what you know about. THINK and DO any of #1. to #15. above for you.
