Hello and welcome,
As I have written in an earlier Post, health, wealth and relationships are the most frequent areas of life where everyone experiences problems.
Six months from now most people will still be stuck in the same rut, in the same job and the same problems. Nothing will change – unfortunately things may even get worse. However, in those same six months some people will make some progress in their life. They will discover new, optimism, passion and excitement in their life through NEW THINKING. Only NEW THINKING will open up NEW POSSIBILITIES.
If you have been reading my posts you will know that the only provable and do-able key to achieving your desires is developing a 'conscious connections' between ,your mind, your thoughts and your actions.
If your mind and its products, (your thoughts), and your actions are focussed new things it is possible to create what you want to have, in your life.
Careful what put into your gut and your mind.
If you constantly fill your stomach with rubbish food, your health will suffer. This is no different to putting rubbish ‘thought food’ in your mind. Fill your mind with thought-rubbish and you will think rubbish. YOU can only think about what you fill your mind with. That is totally in your control, it's your responsibility, your choice.
By filling your mind, with fresh, inspiring and beneficial ‘food for your thoughts’ you will develop new ways of thinking.
Mind food choices.
There are endless possibilities for getting new 'thought-food' from your daily life. People at work, the TV and radio daily news, magazines and popular media can bombard us with information. Some of it is worth knowing. Most of it is of no practical, 'move you forward', value.
There is only ONE WAY to protect yourself from such 'gunge' and to keep your mind, clean, inspired and stocked with information that will feed your deepest dreams, plans and desires. That is, to fill it with knowledge and information that will benefit you. (You can only think about what you know about)!
Through learning and applying the law, THINK- DO -HAVE, your creation of wealth, success, and relationship happiness will be relatively easy to improve..
Every one of my posts is 'new thought- food for your mind! They are lessons in thought- change and they will give you a steady flow of content and proven steps to self- empowerment. Self - empowerment leads to life improvement in whatever area you choose to focus on. Each post is a ‘thinking lesson’ that takes only a few minutes to read, but is carefully written to stimulate your mind and keep you focused and motivated on what's really important in your thought-life.

The hours you spend watching TV, sitting in the pub chatting and drinking and the time you spend every day reading the latest ‘important’ news in your daily paper are "distractions" disguised as useful information.
No matter how busy you are, (How can you be ‘busy’ watching TV?) , the contents of my posts make it easy for you to nourish your mind, and increase your ability to THINK DO and HAVE what you want most in life. This can only happen through your thinking and your actions.
The more of my posts you read, the stronger, more nourishing ‘mind-food’ you will build up. Read just one post a week. It will take you about ten minutes each week and will pay you back tenfold. With increased, inspiration, growth, productivity and life change 'thought food' your next sis months should become your best ones yet.

I invest a lot of time and 'thinking effort in each post. They contain sensible, detailed and easily-applied information covering topics that we all have to deal with, day by day.
There is no value in new thought food information, if you don't ACT on it.
So all I ask from you, when reading my posts, is a small amount of thought-effort. Doing this tells me that you value and respect the lifetime of experience that I have invested in making the mind/thought food available to you.
I make time every day to think about, the desires and dreams I hold inside, I reconnect with my inner passion. I then take action so that the rest of my day becomes productive. I do this every day! Try it. It works for me.
Your life, and mine, is created, renewed and improved only through new thoughts and actions that lead you in new and better directions.
