(Pity though and I really do wish you well, 'cause that's the kind of guy I am).

If Albert thinks that our/your thoughts and actions are soooooo important, I believe him. I also know that, he's right.
On the basis of the truth of Albert's quote I'll tell ya' this. Everything 'in' your life today and what will be 'in' your life in your future are totally, your responsibility, your fault, yours, no one else's, yours.
If your life is crap or even just average, it's your fault, not your dog, your parents, your cousin, sister, aunt, brother, or anything or anyone else you wanna' blame.
If you don't understand this, but you want to, read the rest of this page.(Then, if you think what I've written is, wrong, mean, unfair, not what you wanna' hear/read/know then leave and go waste your time and your life livin' in cloud cuckoo land.
This blog, my posts, your patience and Albert's words WILL encourage and teach you step by step how-to finally become, Self-Empowered.
I want you, and others, to know what I know, because I know, that I know, all that anyone will ever need to know, to know, how to know- what- to do to take control of your life. I know, the how-to, of Albert's quote. (I know that that's a lot of knows, y'know).
You've almost certainly heard of, chemistry, dentistry and biochemistry. Yes????? Course you have.
These areas of knowledge are studied to increase a person's capability in a specific area of expertise. People who learn such knowledge become, a chemist, a dentist or a biochemist.
Let me introduce you to, a 'thoughtist'.
Because, since I read Albert's quote around four years ago, I have studied everything I could about the connection between thoughts and acts. During this time I have learned a compelling body of knowledge. I call it, 'THOUGHTISTRY'.
I am now, a fully - qualified, THOUGHTIST, THOUGHT MASTER and THOUGHT MENTOR.
During the last four years my life has changed dramatically. I have SELF-EMPOWERED myself into becoming a much more confident, capable and efficient person. This Blog is proof of that.
You too can learn how to become very good at thoughtistry through my posts! When you do you and your life will change too! It ain't rocket science!
We all need help in life.
WHY will www.thoughtistry.com help you to finally begin take charge of your life, present and your future?
BECAUSE, “Everything in, your life, my life, any person's life begins with a thought!
Who says so? Albert does. Ya gotta' believe him haven't you?
I'll use breakfast as an example. What you had for breakfast today, was down to, what you thought and what you did!
This is what happened!
1. You thought, 1. “I’ll have a 'Full English' today”. 2. You cook the food. 3. You now have your breakfast to eat.
(You could have thought, "I'll have a black coffee and toast" but you didn't.)
It's as easy as, 1. You THINK. 2. You DO. 3. You HAVE.
Because you stuck with the 'Full English' you will have taken in more calories than you needed. If you keep on doing this every day you will HAVE excess fat, HAVE poor health and your family may HAVE to go to your funeral before they should!
Whose fault will that be????????.........................Yours!!!!!!
It’s your fault, you were responsible, not me, not your wife, not your dog, not your neighbour, not your parents, not The Government, not Global Warming. You, you alone! You THINK. You DO. You HAVE. (An effect in your life).
But if you THINK and DO differently you will CREATE/HAVE different effects in your life. All you have to do to 'stop the breakfast rot' is to THINK, twice a week, "I'll have cereals for breakfast today". and DO it! Then work up to four days a week. The other three days you can go mad and eat your 'Full English'. Follow through with the process and eventually you will HAVE a leaner, fitter and healthier you.
Get real! Everything you have in your life, whether it's good or bad is your fault! What you THOUGHT and what you DID in the past CREATED EFFECTS in your life. Those THOUGHTS and your ACTIONS CREATED what you currently HAVE in your life!
Where you live. The kind of work you do. The car you currently drive. If you are married or not! Each of these things began as a thought in your past that you acted on.
Your past thinking and doing has got you to where you are, what you are and what you have in your life today.
What you THINK and DO from today on will control what EFFECTS you CREATE, what you'll HAVE, in your life in the future!
Did you know? Dreamt is the only word in the English language that ends in the letters 'mt'.
A few questions for you to, think about, or not. Your choice !
§ Are you tired of failed attempts at making real progress in life?
§ Have you been ‘sucked in’ by too many offers of: ‘How to become a new person overnight', 'achieve instant success', and schemes that 'promise everything and deliver very little'?
§ Do you already have books, CD’s, DVD’s, MP3’s and other courses in this area that have proved useless?
§ Could you benefit from ideas, information and guidance that is easily applied and actually works in achieving a life that makes sense?
§ Are you ready to actually take responsibility for your life but don’t really know where to start?

Yes? Great, 'cause you will benefit from knowing the answer to each of these questions. Over time I will give you the answers.
Problems, what problems?
The three most common problems that people experience in the world are with, health, finances and relationships. They are mostly self-inflicted through wrong THINKING and DOING.
(In the area of health, the breakfast example above).
The insights/stuff I write in my posts will help you to understand the essential knowledge and actions that will propel you along the path to creating a successful, satisfying and enjoyable life, in any area of your life that you choose. That's SELF - EMPOWERMENT!
You can gain personal power 'in' and control 'of 'your life with my help.
